The auto-on feature allows you to simply step on the scale - no need for tapping first to "wake" the scale.
Warning Note on BIA: Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) uses a low, safe electrical current. Those with pacemakers or other electrical implants should not use BMI scales as the electrical current could possibly cause cardiac problems.
